French-style "champignon" (mushroom) lamp in mottled, acid-frosted blown glass — the look known commercially as pâte de verre style, though it's actually blown glass with coloured powder frits (blue and yellow) rolled in, then acid-etched to that satin finish.
This table lamp is heavily stylized in the manner of iconic 20th-century French glassworks like Le Verre Français (Charles Schneider), Daum Nancy, or Muller Frères.
Lamps matching this visual profile are highly collectible. This is a substantial vintage 1970's /80's piece. It is heavy, hand blown glass and stands 60cm H x 24cm at widest point of the shade.
