Overview

Aimee Birnbaum is a prominent contemporary American-born artist and printmaker based in London, England. She was elected a member of the prestigious Royal Institute of Painters in Water Colours (RI) in 1988 and is also a member of the Society of Graphic Fine Art (SGFA).

• Born in New York, USA, she studied at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, and later moved to London to complete post-graduate studies in printmaking at the Central School of Art and Design.

• Her work has been widely exhibited across the UK and internationally, including at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition, the Mall Galleries, and various international print biennials.
